The Kirklees Light Railway are offering one day photography courses which will give attendees an opportunity to use their digital camera in a more creative way whilst photographing different areas of the railway. These areas include trackside, stations, engine shed, lineside, coaling and workshop areas.
Courses will be led by professional photographer, Dave Edmondson L.R.P.S, who will be able to give attendees advice and guidance on taking good quality images in different settings.
Dave will be able to offer tips and guidance if participants need it. Each course is limited to five participants to allow enough time and guidance to be given to everyone.
Courses will begin at 09:00 and run until the locomotives are put into the shed at the end of the operating day (17:00 - 17:30).
PLEASE NOTE: Participants should be in reasonable health, taking into consideration distances they will be required to walk and equipment they will need to carry. Participants must be 16 years or over. Participants must make the Kirklees Light Railway aware of any medical issues they have that may affect them during the course at the time of booking.
Please visit www.kirkleeslightrailway.com for further details of the day.
